The Maryland Association for Behavior Analysis (MABA) is an affiliated chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis International. The mission of MABA is to promote behavior analysis within the State of Maryland and its surrounding region through the advancement of basic and applied research, service, and training.

OAR 7TH ANNUAL APPLIED AUTISM RESEARCH AND INTERVENTION CONFERENCE
The Organization for Autism Research will be holding its 7th Annual Applied Autism Research and Intervention Conference on October 23-24, 2009 in Arlington, VA. With the theme "Evidence-Based Education and Intervention across the Lifespan," attendees will hear from 23 leading autism professionals regarding issues from early childhood to adulthood.Tracks include: OAR-Sponsored Research, Research-to-Practice, Education for School-Age Learners, and Transition/Life in the Community. Keynote speakers are Dr. Jed Baker, Dr. Paul Wehman, and Dr. Daniel Openden. BCBA and ASHA Continuing Education Units are available. Early Bird and group rates are available until September 23rd.
